Item
Dr. Samuel Junius Parker was born on May 18, 1819, in Danby, Tompkins, New York.
He was a physician and surgeon. He graduated from the Union Theological Seminary. Preaching for a few years put a strain on his voice, and thus, he decided to attend the College of Physicians and Surgeons. He married Rachel Florence Parker (1819-1898). He died on January 30, 1898, in Ithaca, Tompkins, New York.
