Also includes two loose sheets of math problems with the name of Stella Curtis, Clarenceville Model School, laid in at the front. Financial transactions recorded under individual accounts with no additional details.

File consists of manuscript accounting notes, receipts, requests for payment, and other loose notes previously laid in between pages 168 and 169 of Ledger, 1840s (file 3).

Collection of correspondence, general ledger pages, financial receipts, and contractual agreements in relation to McDonald's involvement in the North-West Company and the North American Fur trade.

Included in the file are two letters addressed to a Mr. A. de Lery MacDonald or McDonald of Montreal (1921-1922). These appear to be legal council in reference to the contractual agreements or land holdings of John McDonald of Garth mentioned in the petitions and contracts also contained in the file.
