Sub-series consists of bound appointment diaries used by Dr. Penfield to kep track of both his personal and professional engagements between 1930 and 1976.

Subseries contains records relating to the nomination of new members through ballots sent to all members. Includes 17 files with tally sheets, ballots, correspondence, curriculum vitae and membership proposal forms. Pre-1980, ballots files contain also membership proposal information.

Some documents are annotated.

Sub-series consists of eight files pertaining to the bonds and stocks of Dr. Vineberg. Files on the ownings of Vineberg and with several companies ou courtiers.Also there is a file on a project of exploiting uranium mining properties in the vicinity of Lake Little Manicouagan in the North of Quebec Province.
