The documents chiefly concern land owned by Jacob, John, and Benjamin Hall in Montreal and nearby Hinchinbrooke. These are chiefly legal documents including deeds of sale, certificates of ownership and discharges of mortgage, correspondence, and an inventory of farming equipment from one of their properties.
