General note

In French with an English translation. Docketed title identifies the creator as Mademoiselle Lizett LePallieur. A previous inventory identified the creator of the document as James Morrison's brother-in-law Louis Morrison, though this does not match the description in the docket (presumably in Morrison's hand). Possibly Morrison's sister-in-law Louise LePallieur.
