Louis Theodore Marceau graduated in Medicine at McGill University in 1872. A native of Napierville, he practiced in that city. He was the vice-president of the Société Medico-Chirurgicale; the president eulogized him in 1891. He is buried in Napierville.
Presented to the Osler Library by Louis Marceau's niece Miss Irene Marceau, 24 November 1959. Old accession number 261.
