The fonds contains Dr. Jacques' journal of medical accounts receivable entered in an account book issued with blank pages and bound in half suede with green cloth boards. The account book was kept between November 1879 and January 1881. A title handwritten on a paper label on the cover reads "Journal pour 1879-1880-1881." The author's full name comes from within the journal (L. A. George Jacques, M. D.) and from Lovell's Montreal directory for 1881-1882 (Louis A. George Jacques, M. D.). Laid in at p. 207 is an ink blotter featuring pharmaceutical advertising for Glyco-Heroin (Smith).

The fonds consists of a 4-page digest of the London X-Ray Survey, as well as a half-page report written by the Industrial & High School Chairman. Includes the following: Outline of general planning and procedure; roles and responsibilities of all eight members of the London X-Ray Survey Council; publicity; participation; benefit to community; and benefit to organization and members.

File consists chiefly of letters, receipts, customs documents, and other materials related to a patient's procurement of the disproven cancer drug Krebiozen from 1960 to1961. Also contains clippings and articles about Krebiozen, which was introduced in the 1950s and proven to be fraudulent as a treatment in the early 1960s. Includes correspondence with the Krebiozen Research Foundation and Stevan Durovic, one of the perpetrators of the Krebiozen fraud. Also contains a publication entitled "The dangers of radiation," produced by the Independent Cancer Research Foundation. One additional letter dated 1958 is from the Chairman of the "Committee for a Fair Test of Krebiozen."

The fonds illustrates Dr. Elliott's work as a neurochemist and consists of correspondence, letters, articles, newspaper clippings, photographs, slides, research material and notes, course material, manuscripts, typescripts. The fonds is divided into seven series.

The fonds also includes original poetry written by Marian Osborne, W. W. Francis, and Marian Francis Kelen.
