Series consists of minute books for meetings held between 1991 and 2010.

The Compositions series contains sketches, texts and manuscripts of 30 of Kelsey Jones’ major compositions. The works are arranged chronologically. Composition dates, durations and instrumentations are provided when possible.

Series Ledgers, Account Books, and Notes consist of financial record books of various Papineau-owned or affiliated corporations from 1848 to 1882.

Series consists of Edel's correspondence related to research on Henry James. Included are letters from some personal friends and other contemporaries of James, such as Percy Lubbock and Edith Wharton. Also included are over 1,500 pages of correspondence dating between 1937 and 1955 with Allan Wade. Other correspondents include Caroline Kipling, Anita Leslie, Sir Shane Leslie, and Theodora Bosanquet, James's long-time amanuensis. The series also contains correspondence with some James family members, including Michael James, Alexander James, Frederika (Mrs. Alexander) James, Maggie (Mrs. Samuel Spruul) James.

This series contains a scrapbook commemorating Jackrabbit's 90th birthday in 1965. It is composed of collected anecdotes, photographs and correspondence. Handwritten markers have been placed in the book. These were possibly written by Alice in her research for the book "The Legendary Jackrabbit Johannsen".

The Compositions Series contains Schloss’s 29 completed compositions and arrangements and 6 unfinished works. The works are arranged alphabetically by uniform title. Composition dates, durations and instrumentation are provided when possible. Instrumentation for large ensemble works is listed according to the schema [Fl Cl Ob Bs – Hn Tp Tb Tu – Perc – Str] with supplementary instruments listed.

This series consists of texts written by Bernard Gagnon and an undated, un-authored biographical essay.

The sheet music, scores and manuscripts series contains over 1000 pieces of sheet music (including scores), and 45 manuscripts.

This series contains varied materials created or kept by Helen Kermott Penfield. The series consists of letters, almost exclusively from Wilder, personal documents, diaries, and memorabilia, including an extensive family chronicle composed by Helen. The materials reflect above all Helen’s relationship with Wilder, but give a glimpse of her childhood and education, service in the war, life in England, social activities in Montreal, and travels with Wilder. This series is divided into four sub-series: diaries, correspondence, personal papers, and memorabilia.
