He had arranged holidays for the month of April at the Italian Lakes with his wife and son. Suggests as an excuse the exceptional circumstances of the new building. Has asked Ruhrah to cable. Memorable occasion, wishes that his father could have seen it. Mentions the Lord Rectorship election where the politicians were too strong. Wyndham was elected. Did not expect to win. Enjoys Paris Greetings to his mother and the Avicennians.
