Its mandate is to audit the accounts of the American Osler Society and report periodically. Includes one file with correspondence mentioning the names of the members for 1988.

Subseries consists of a survey conducted by W. Bruce Fye for the twentieth anniversary of the American Osler Society. Members were asked to give their opinion to help inguiding the Board of Governors. Includes eight files containing correspondence, questionnaires, drafts, working notes, compilation, graphics and membership list. P125/K2,1 contains correspondence, P125/K2,2 graphics and P125/K2,3 (6 files) contains the questionnaires.
