• Diary, red cloth bound (16 x 10 cm), Miss Helen Kermott, Hudson, Wis. Journal for the summer of 1908.
• Most of the items in D-C/D 30 were found together in two flat boxes with other memorabilia. They were clearly items HKP had saved over the years.

The file contains correspondence, plans, and statement of accounts related to the creation of an Electroencephalography (EEG) Laboratory at the Montreal Neurological Institute.

The file contains a copy of ‘Ward Manual of Neurology and Neurosurgery’ edited by Robert H. Pudenz and Guy L. Odom, Montreal Neurological Institute, 1942. Placed in a binder, it contains diagrams and photographs.
