The majority of this collection is correspondence between Annie Holiday Pelletier and her parents Elise and William Holiday. The collection also includes correspondence with and between other family members, photographs, genealogical and biographical information, and miscellaneous material about the Rondeau, Holiday, and Pelletier families. Included is an early written exchange, circa 1864, between Elise Rondeau and a local parish priest who disagree on religious freedom and the interpretation of a biblical passage. The correspondence between Annie and her parents, including the period in which she is a student at McGill, is written in French (from and to her mother) and English (from and to her father). This correspondence provides a vital resource on early student life and the day-to-day concerns of a young woman living away from home in late 19th Montreal. The correspondence is rich in its detail and frankness on matters of family life, conflict, and religious and educational issues.

The fonds consists of documents relating to Macdonald’s publications and professional activities outside the classroom both prior to and during his tenure at McGill and for various professional associations. The scope covers the period of 1976 to 2012 and includes: articles, essays, and speeches (both draft, final and off-print) and their assorted documentation (travel itinerary, correspondence, conference notes, and research).

The second is Professional Activities which is composed mainly of speeches and conference notes and materials. The fonds consists of documents, photographs and audio media relevant to the professional history of Dr. Hans Möller. The scope predominately covers the period of 1980 to 1997 and includes Dr. Möller’s published works, personal and professional correspondence, research articles, and documents related to his professional activities and associations within and outside McGill University.

The fonds consists of documents and photographs relevant to the history of the NAJC, particularly as regards the 1988 redress by the Canadian government. The scope predominately covers the period from 1987 to 1989, and includes correspondence, census data, briefs, minutes, surveys, and internal newsletters.

The Dawson-Harrington Families Fonds follows the family of Sir John William Dawson, geologist and Principal of McGill University from 1855-1893, through four generations, including both personal and scientific papers of John William Dawson, his son-in law, B. J. Harrington, and his son, explorer, geologist, and Director of the Geological Survey George Mercer Dawson. Other family members include James Dawson, father to Sir John William Dawson, a Scots immigrant to Nova Scotia, printer, stationer, unsuccessful investor and zealous Presbyterian; John William's wife Margaret Mercer; their children William Bell Dawson, an engineer, Rankine Dawson, a physician, and Anna Lois Dawson. Also represented are Anna Dawson Harrington and B. J. Harrington's children, Eva Dawson and her husband, Hope Atkin, and their families

"Architectural Drawings, 1921-38, 322 drawings." Designs, proposals, additions and alterations to thirty-eight projects for domestic architecture, including the Hallward house (now McGill University's Martlet House) and summer country houses; public commissions such as Murray Park Shelter in Westmount and Westmount City Hall comprise the holdings of the CAC of the work of Robert and Francis R. Findlay.
"Photographs, 1922-38, 51 photographs." Seven of the Findlays' projects are documented by photographs. Included are photographs of finished interiors and exteriors of houses in Westmount as well as the Westmount City Hall.

Eight projects are documented by 119 architectural drawings (1934-1964), among them designs for buildings for the Old Brewery Mission's summer camp at Lake Chapleau, PQ, alterations to St. Andrew's United Church in Westmount and alterations to Bethel United Church in Grand'Mère, QC. Eight photographs (1945-1964) show additions and alterations to the summer house of C. V. Howard at Lake Anne, QC, and alterations to the Bethel United Church. The fonds also contains professional papers dating between 1941 and 1964, including correspondence, clippings, pamphlets, receipts and invoices relating to seven projects are found in the archive. The fonds includes 27 drawings (1888-1896) of, notably, a house for George Drummond on Sherbrooke Street in Montreal and the Montreal Diocesan Theological College on University Street are documented in watercolour drawings of plans, elevations, and sections. In addition, there are measured drawings of the Hugh Allan house on Pine Avenue West in Montreal, designed by John William Hopkins (1825-1905) in 1861. These drawings were used for Taylor and Gordon's designs for additions to the Allan house. There is also an undated photograph of a measured drawing of the Hugh Allan house. In addition, there are also drawings by Andrew Taylor for the Montreal Maternity Hospital (Centre Hospitalier Ste-Jeanne-d'Arc), 1903. The fonds contains one published volume: Andrew T. Taylor, "The Crowns and Steeples Designed by Christopher Wren," (London: B.T. Batsford High Holborn, 1881)

The Nobbs fonds consists of the work of Percy Erskine Nobbs, George Taylor Hyde, Nobbs and Hyde, Nobbs and Valentine, and Nobbs and Nobbs. 526 projects are documented in the Percy Erskine Nobbs Fonds. Architectural drawings form the core of the fonds, providing a comprehensive listing of the drawings by Percy Nobbs and his associates. Arranged chronologically, the inventory reflects respectively the development of the partnerships Nobbs and Hyde (1910-1944), Nobbs and Valentine (1945-1950), and Nobbs and Nobbs (1950-1960). Hugh A. I. Valentine worked only briefly with Nobbs, spending the bulk of his career with the Bell Telephone Company of Canada. His commissioned drawings and student notebooks cannot be directly related to his work with Nobbs, but are nonetheless described in subfonds 8. Subfonds 6 and 7 describe Percy Nobbs's personal papers and three-dimensional objects designed by him which are in the Canadian Architecture Collection.
