Minutes & resolves of the executors of the late Simon McTavish Esqr. in Canada

Minute book containing the meeting notes of the executors of Simon McTavish's estate. First entry is from meeting dated saturday 14th July 1804 and final entry is for meeting Wednesday 31st December 1806. Each entry contains notes on discussions and actions taken, and records decisions as to future financial decisions. The three executors include Joseph Frobisher, Isaac Todd, and James Reid. Others whose signatures feature in the minutes are Simon McGillivray, William McGillivray, and Duncan McGillivray.

The contract notes that the voyageur will loses wages in the case of absence for sickness or other.
Correspondence, Charles Burney and Michael Kelly, 16-20 May 1806
Autograph letter in the third person, as Mr. Kelly, requesting the use of Dr. Burney's Box at an Opera Salon in Pall Mall to be held on May 20th, 1806. In a response dated on the 20th May 1806, Burney explains that he was on the road and unable to send the letter until 4 o'clock that day, and therefore sends apologies to Kelly.
