This file contains a notebook with a description of Conrad Dawson Harrington's infancy and youth, with information about his heath and memories. Includes photographs, pieces of his hair, and newspaper clippings about Conrad and other family members. The handwritte title page reads, "Conrad Dawson Harrington, Nov. 17th 1884."
File contains a baby book covering the life of Lois Sybil Harrington from her birth on February 15, 1889, through approximately 1900, with the later addition of her wedding announcement from 1912. Her mother, Anna Dawson Harrinton, filled out approximately half of the pages of a ruled softbound notebook with descriptions of Lois's infancy and childhood, and also inserted photographs, locks of hair, drawings, and pasted in and loose clippings. Several black and white photographs depict Lois and her siblings, parents, and grandmother, Margaret Dawson. There are as also some newspaper clippings and a piano recital programme.
This file contains a leather pocketbook with the title "Visiting List" stamped in gold, and tabs dividing the book by letters of the alphabet. Pages are printed with 5 columns: name, residence, receiving day, when made, returned. Pages are filled in with the names of social contacts organized by last name, the person's address, their recieving day and a notation of visits using an X to indicate visits paid and circles to mark visits received, written in Anna Dawson Harrington’s hand. The month of each visits is noted above the X or circle with the month's initial or abbreviation. The majority of the addresses listed are located in Montreal.
