        Up-grading of facilities at the lubrication and grease plant was undertaken in 3 phases. Phases I included of a new entrance and the addition of a lunchroom on an existing loading platform. Phase II comprised modifications to an existing office layout. Phase III consisted of an extension and a modification to existing laboratories.
