Grand. nat: / no. 43 / une Branche de sensitive, avec sa feuille, sa fleur et son fruit, grandeur naturelle 1770. Les feuilles de la sensitive ont la même propriété que celles d’Europe. une araignée à crabe.

Inscription (from verso; translation): A branch of the sensitive plant with its leaf, its flower and its seed and a crab spider – made at Cap-Haïtien in 1770. Rabié. Natural size / no. 43 / A branch of the sensitive plant, with its leaf, its flower, and its fruit, natural size, 1770. The leaves of the sensitive plant have the same properties as those in Europe. A crab spider.
