Exterior view photograph. Olympic House entrance (lot A-230). Statue of three time Olympic medalist, Paavo Nurmi of Finland. The Olympic house was one of the few Expo pavilions designed for future permanent use. The one storey pavilion was complete with a 2000 sq. ft. basement, mezzanine and skylit interior courtyard. It was to be the future headquarters of the Canadian Olympic Association. Inside were photographs and displays of all 24 past Olympic games, the cities who hosted them and the accomplishments of Canadian participants in them. Rectangular plan and elevations.
