Biographical history
Mrs. J. A. Park was born Feb. 23, 1863, lived and practiced in Montreal. She was associated with the Montreal Maternity Hospital. She was the second wife of John Alexander Park, a Montreal carpenter. In 1892 she was working as a 'ladies' nurse', living at 535 St. Lawrence. She remained listed as a nurse in the 1901 census. She died 1918.

Scope and content
Fonds contains a casebook by Mrs. J.A. Parks who received training at the Montreal Maternity Hospital from 1 March to 30 May 1888. The fonds includes the casebook, a letter of certification of attendance at lectures and a certified copy of registration of marriage.
