John Schreiber was a member of a firm working as subcontractor for the United Nations Development Programme of the project of the Master Plan for the Karachi Metropolitan Region. While primarily oriented towards the low and middle income occupancy, it nevertheless incorporates well integrated community facilities, light industry and commerce.
