Letter from V. Meredith to Dr. Armstrong written on Bank of Montreal letterhead. Meredith is sorry that Armstrong is resigning from the Electoral Board. He refers to Armstrong's co-operation with the Board and his continued interest in the Royal Victoria Hospital. He mentions the animosity toward Sir Henry Gray and hopes it will die out in time.
