File includes handwritten and typescript speaking notes and lectures for talks on historical Quebec cuisine given to, among others, the Ontario Historical Society, Cuisine Canada conferences, and International Association of Culinary Professionals conferences. Talk titles include "Quebec cuisine, then and now" and "A taste of Quebec." Also included is a fax with conference materials and talk from Micheline Mongrain-Dontigny.

Food in Quebec today

File consists of research materials and speaking notes on contemporary Quebec food culture for a panel discussion on April 20, 2016, at New York University, on "Food studies 20 years in." Materials consist of typewritten notes with annotations on local food and farmers' markets, speaking notes, and background research materials such as articles, notes, correspondence, and informational packets on local farms.

Also includes postcard, correspondence, and 8 photographs of a chef and culinary event.
