Consists of a notebook Robson kept as a student at the Banting Research Institute at the University of Toronto from June to September, 1930. The notebook comprises over 60 manuscript pages, plus 31 manuscript pages attached to the end, 1 loose leaf of manuscript medical notes, approximately 50 ink drawings of various sizes of experiments, 26 black and white photographs pasted in, including a photograph of Sir Frederick Grant Banting in his office, the Banting Research Institute and its faculty, and experiment apparatuses. Also includes 13 mimeographed pages (pasted in) containing 12 different experiments, the printed programme for the formal opening of the Banting Institute on 16 September 1930, and 9 newspaper clippings pasted in related to the opening of the Institute.
Fonds shows Thomas Gibson's interest in history of medicine. It contains papers on John Palmer Litchfield and on the General Council of Medical Education and Registration of Upper Canada. Fonds documents Dr. Cecil O. Walsh's activities mainly as a medical student at McGill University but also during his service overseas as a medical officer with the CAMC during World War I. The fonds contains notebooks on Nutrition, Physiology, Histology, Clinical Microscopy, Bacteriology, Practical Zoology, Medical Jurisprudence, Clinical Medicine, Mental Diseases, Clinical Surgery and Hygiene; printed exams intructions and notes on duty at war.
Fonds consists of pamphlet entitled, “What to Eat to be Healthy” (Toronto: Canadian Medical Association and Canadian Life Insurance Officers Association, 1937), authored by Tisdall. Fonds also includes: typed letter signed from J. P. Crozer Griffith to Tisdall, Feb. 10, 1923, concerning a case on which Tisdall had consulted Griffith; autographed letter signed from Mrs. J. B. Gregory and Eliza J. Gregory, Aug. 2, 1920, agreeing to lease rental property to Tisdall; and autographed receipt signed from Mrs. J. B. Gregory acknowledging receipt of Tisdall’s rental payments.

The fonds consists of Dr. Harrison's journal of his travels through Europe studying Obstetrics and Gynecology from October 1937 to April 1938. A portion of the journal has been annotated by Dr. Fred Bryans in preparation for a talk he gave on Dr. Harrison in 1997 to the Osler Society of Vancouver.
Fonds documents R. Cameron Stewart's research circa 1937 on the history of the first vaccinations against smallpox in Canada. The fonds contains letters, notes, two baptismal certificates and a newspaper clipping.
Fonds reflects Shirley Goodall's work as a medical illustrator on the service of various McGill physicians. The fonds consists chiefly of sketches in pencil on paper, medical illustrations mounted on board. Also includes reprints of journal articles where many of her illustrations were published.
Fonds contains a typewritten report signed by Martin to the Secretary of the Medical Board, Montreal General Hospital, dated February 1, 1944, in which Martin judges the Tumor Clinic at the MGH to be “Far below the standard set for similar clinics in American hospitals;” also includes envelope with address of Dr. Fraser B. Gurd.
