Booth's autobiographical notes, ca 1949, apparently prepared for a Congregational Yearbook, are supplemented by sixteen photographs, printed notices of Booth's performances as an elocutionist, and diplomas.

The fonds consist of draft reports and texts of speeches given by Vincent de Pasciuto-Ponte as well as bound reports and promotional material related to projects that Ponte was involved in through his work with architect I.M. Pei including McGill College Avenue and Place Ville Marie in Montreal, Quebec. In addition, the fonds contains published materials such as periodicals related to art and architecture, maps, travel literature and guidebooks (mostly relating to travel to Rome, Italy). Six black and white photographs of Ponte are included.

The collection includes correspondence with Brooks’ foster family, his birth parents family, and scientific colleagues; and reminiscences about interment campus “A” including a class portrait, the “Khaki University”, the experience of writing McGill University matriculation exams, and academic life at McGill. While Brooks spent the majority of his academic career at the University of Western Ontario, this collection concerns his childhood and introduction to academic life shaped by the internment camp in Farnham, Quebec.

The records of the Montreal-Ottawa Conference of the United Church are arranged in the following series:

1. Denominational records prior to Union, 1824-1925
   Records of each of the three parent denominations follow the same general pattern. There are minutes, usually printed, of the national executive body, and original minutes of the local unit corresponding to the geographical boundaries of the present Conference. Papers of associations at this level generally include the files of Sabbath School associations, ministerial associations, missionary societies, and theological colleges. A number of interdenominational clergy and mission groups are also represented; while a special series of correspondence, minutes, and conference reports covers the debates concerning union, 1906-1925. The Methodist materials begin in 1824, and the Presbyterian in 1841, and the Congregational in 1842.

2. Conference records, 1925-
   Minutes of the Conference, and of the Conference-based Women's Missionary Society, Women's Union and United Church Women, are extant from the time of Union. The Montreal Presbytery maintains a record of proceedings, and supports a number of groups and associations (Minister's Wives Association, young peoples' groups, camps, missionary societies, United Church Women) whose work is documented by minutes, financial records and, occasionally, correspondence files. Also included are records of the Joint Theological Colleges of McGill University and of the United Theological College, 1912-1948.

3. Local Churches, 1832-
   Many local churches retain their historical records, including civil registers. The Archives' holdings include records of approximately 75 individual congregations in the Montréal and Québec-Sherbrooke Presbyteries, consisting of minutes of governing bodies, communion rolls, minutes of organizations, accounts, annual reports, and occasionally photographs and architectural drawings. The most substantial and significant records are those of the Erskine and American (from 1832), including records of Canada Education and Home Missionary Society, 1833-1848, St James (from 1820), Zion Congregational (from 1832), and Odelltown (from 1829) congregations.

4. Missionary Work in French Canada, 1848-1861, 1876-1969
   The importance to the United Church and its parent denominations of mission work in French Canada is documented by minutes of the French Canadian Missionary Society (1848-1861), and papers, including sermons, notebooks and correspondence of the French Evangelical Church of Canada (1876-1969).

5. Papers of individuals, 1822-1925
   Papers of individuals include the correspondence, essays and sermons, 1870-1917, of Calvin E. Amaron; the Bieler Family; J. Armitage Ewing (largely concerning the controversies surrounding Union in 1925); William Mair, sermons, 1827-1855; Richard Robinson, diaries, personal records, sermon outlines, 1857-1912; Henry Wilkes, 1822-1878, and others.

Collection consists of an album of travel photographs (chiefly black and white, with some colour). Captions date the photographs to between 1946-1956 and then to between 1989-1994. The captions also include information about the photographs themselves. The first portion of the album contains photographs taken in Niagara Falls, Manitoulin Island, northern Ontario, Bermuda, the Maritime provinces, and the United States, including Howe Caverns, Fort Williams, New York, Yellowstone National Park, Plymouth Rock, Washington, New Orleans, and Mackinac Island, dated between 1946 and 1956. The second portion contains photographs dated from 1898-1994 and documents travel to Israel, Albania, the former Yugoslavia, Russia, Estonia, England, Greece, Costa Rica, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Ukraine. The album is cloth bound in blue with the title "Snaps" in black with painted tulips.

Fonds includes plans, perspectives and details of the Maison Ultramar Building on Avenue McGill College in Montreal are found in the archive. It also includes 7 photographs documenting the Maison Ultramar Building is also documented by photographs.

The fonds consists of documents, ephemera, memorabilia, photographs, cassette tapes, video reels, and electronic media relevant to the personal and professional history of Timothy Porteous. The scope predominately covers the period from 1957 to 1987, and includes the speeches that he wrote for Prime Minister Trudeau, diaries and ephemera from his travels (both personal and professional), campaign memorabilia, personal diaries and scrapbooks, letters, photographs, My Fur Lady ephemera (including first drafts and other versions), and his work with the CC, CCA, and OCA.

This fonds is divided into four series. The first series contains his personal papers, the second materials related to his career, the third contains materials created when he was a student, and the fourth contains anything related to My Fur Lady.

The fonds includes 27 drawings (1888-1896) of, notably, a house for George Drummond on Sherbrooke Street in Montreal and the Montreal Diocesan Theological College on University Street are documented in watercolour drawings of plans, elevations, and sections. In addition, there are measured drawings of the Hugh Allan house on Pine Avenue West in Montreal, designed by John William Hopkins (1825-1905) in 1861. These drawings were used for Taylor and Gordon's designs for additions to the Allan house. There is also an undated photograph of a measured drawing of the Hugh Allan house. In addition, there are also drawings by Andrew Taylor for the Montreal Maternity Hospital (Centre Hospitalier Ste-Jeanne-d'Arc), 1903. The fonds contains one published volume: Andrew T. The fonds consists of correspondence regarding John Peters Humphrey and the Humphrey memorial stamp (1995-2004), Tamar Oppenheimer's Columbia M.A. thesis entitled, International Conventions on the Political Rights of Women, 1920-1948, correspondence pertaining to Air and Space Law (1999), as well as correspondence and pamphlets relating to the Third United Nations Conference on the Exploration and Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (1999), between 1993 and 2004.
