It contains documents linked to the acquisition, selling, renting, taxes, the upkeep of the houses and the trees and the maintenance, the insurances. Includes : correspondence, plans, bills, tax receipts, tenancy agreements, deed of sales, offer to purchase, legal agreement, tax assessments, writ of summons and an affidavit.
