Describes the steps that they would have to follow to be a national hospital. Explains his views for the buildings, their motto should be "Brains not Bricks". Weighs the advantages and inconveniences of an affiliation with Harvard. Declines the offer to be an official advisor, considering the distance to be an irritant. Nevertheless, he offers his help by expressing his views privately or publicly.
