Menus belong to the series "Canada since Confederation, 1867-1927". Each menu contains a unique Canadian theme as follows: The Last Spike; The Cariboo Road; The Riel Rebellion; The Chateau St. Louis; The Scandinavian; The Hotel Saskatchewan, Regina; Dalhousie Square Station; The Routes of the Explorers; and The Signal Tower.

Luncheon served for H.R.H. The Prince of Wales, H.R.H. Prince George and the Rt. Hon. Stanley Baldwin, P.C. and Mrs. Baldwin served aboard the S.S. St. Lawrence.
