Subseries consists of albums containing copies of The Oslerian newsletter; photographs of members from annual meetings; and programs and abstract booklets from annual meetings prepared and arranged chronologically into albums by Bryan. Consists of two files

Gifts and Donations

Subseries is divided in two subsubseries: P125/D2;1 Gifts and Donations for the John P. McGovern Award Lectureship Fund and P125/D2;2 Gifts and Donations for the William B. Bean Student Endowment Fund. Includes correspondence.

Membership Proposal Files

Subseries contains membership proposal files of successful and unsuccessful candidates, showing the recruitment of the association. Includes membership proposal forms, correspondence, curriculum vitae, bibliographies, an obituary notice, reprints and photographs

Ballots

Subseries contains records relating to the nomination of new members through ballots sent to all members. Includes 17 files with tally sheets, ballots, correspondence, curriculum vitae and membership proposal forms. Pre-1980, ballots files contain also membership proposal information.

Program

Subseries contains the programs of the annual meeting of the American Osler Society. Includes 7 files with programs, roster of attendance and evaluation forms. Some documents are annotated or have been signed by participants.
