In particular, correspondence with Elizabeth Driver refers to her preparation of a bibliography of Canadian cookbooks and her research. Related documents also include two typescripts of a talk on Canadian cookbook history, a copy of a news article on the project (print-out on continuous paper), and a press release from the University of Guelph media relations office on the project.
