Consists of a letter likely from H. S. Birkett. On first page, in pencil is the following note in hand of H. E. MacDermot: "An account of No. 3 Canadian General Hospital (McGill). This must be H.S. Birkett... Written while at Dannes-Camiers near Etaples. I visited them at this time as I was near by H.E.M."
