Letter to Harvey Cushing from Thomas Archibald Malloch, 45, Tanistock Square, London, England. Malloch sent the typewritten list of additions to Miss Blogg's bibliography. He does not know more of the story of Osler chopping Mrs. Gwyn's finger. Osler had mentioned the bear-in-the-raspberry-patch incident to him. He suggests that Cushing consult Mrs. Gwyn concerning these two stories. Lady Osler had told Malloch's father the story of Osler's record breaking cricket ball toss.

Letter to Harvey Cushing from Ernest A. Baker, School of Librarianship, University of London, London, England. Baker never knew of Osler's scheme for a "College of the Book." Osler was a great friend of John MacAlister, who took an active part in the foundation of the School of Librarianship, and it is very possible that the two men had often talked over the matter. Includes manuscript notes.

Letter to Harvey Cushing from Ramsay Wright, Cranston's Ivanhoe Hotel, Bloomsbury Street, London, England. He provides an account of his European journey with Osler in 1890. He has sent along Osler's notebook with Lady Osler's permission and advises him to pay special attention to Osler's notes on the Paris Lectures.

In the absence of Sir John MacAlister [Editor of "The Proceedings"], Clarke has prepared a memorandum of offices held by the late Sir William Osler in the Royal Society of Medicine. Letter to Harvey Cushing from Victor G. Plarr, Royal College of Surgeons of England, Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, England. Plarr responds to Cushing's call for material relating to Osler and encloses four notes written by him. Plarr comments on Osler's tendency for brevity.

Letter to Grace Revere Osler from Nigel Bond, 49, Sloane Square, London, England. Bond sends Lady Osler a transcript copy of a resolution passed at the last meeting of the Trustees of the Oxford University Endowment Fund honouring Osler upon his death. Osler was one of the original resident Trustees of the Fund.

Letter to William Osler from John George Adami, Pembroke House, 133 Oxford Street, London, England. Suggests that his "Policy of the Ostrich" paper would make a perfect pamphlet for the public. Asks Osler's opinion on the matter and if he has any desire to do propaganda work by pamphlets. Mentions his difference of views with Osler's in the matter of prophylactic treatment.

Letter to William Osler from George Nathaniel Marquis of Curzon, Foreign Office, London, England. Explains that he would receive him and his friends regarding the situation in Vienna if he would be of any use, but that the Foreign Office here has nothing to do with the organization helping Vienna. It is done exclusively in Paris, and their representative is Lord Robert Cecil. Comments on a declaration of Balfour on the subject.
