Two microfilmed copies of the entire archive have been made: the negative is retained by the Library as Microfilm A-592; a positive copy has been sent to the Honorary Archivist of the Physiological Society, to be stored in the Archives Centre of Churchill College, Cambridge, England CB3 OD5. This arrangement has been accepted by the McGill University Archives, the McGill University Department of Physiology, the Council of the Physiological Society, and the present Honorary Archivist, Mr. D. M. Steven. Files 1, 3-5, 8, 13-4 microfilmed separately as A-593.

Restrictions on access

Open. Files 1, 3-5, 8, 13-14 of the original collection and microfilms previously restricted until January 1 2001 due to the tragic circumstances surrounding the death of Professor Mines.
