It also contains names of bakers and supplies with business cards, brochures, photocopies of brochures, and directories. Many recipes with annotation. Background materials in the file include newspaper and magazine clippings, and the trade publication "La fournéé: le magazine officiel des boulangers et pâtissiers du Québec" (Mai-juin-juillet 1996) vol. 50, no. 2.
