Hugh Knight was a prominent 20th-century British falconer and raptor specialist who served as the Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer of the British Falconers' Club. He was part of the influential Knight family of naturalists, working closely alongside his brother, the famous wildlife filmmaker and lecturer Captain Charles W.R. Knight (1884-1957). Together, they dedicated themselves to breeding, training, and exercising peregrine falcons and other birds of prey. His expertise contributed significantly to mid-century raptor studies and the documentation of falconry traditions.
