        Kerr & Carter was a Montreal law firm of two barristers, William Hastings Kerr (1826-1888), Q.C., B.C.L. and Christopher Benfield Carter (1844-1906), Q.C., B.C.L. The firm was active in the second half of the 1800s. W.H. Kerr also served as a Dean of McGill's Faculty of Law from 1876 to 1888. C.B. Carter served as Bâtonnier of the Bar of Montreal (1897-1898) and Bâtonnier of the Province (1898-1899).
