Luc Jutras is a literary agent. He worked for the Writing and Publishing Section of the Canada Council for the Arts in Ottawa, Ontario, in the 1970s and 80s. He served as the Executive director of the Association for the Export of Canadian Books (AECB), which promoted Canadian publishers, titles, and authors around the world. Jutras is also the owner and head of Quebec literary agency Montréal-Contacts / The Rights Agency.
