    Biographical history

    John Thomas Basken graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of McGill University in 1895. He attended high school at Ottawa Collegiate Institute. He lived and practiced medicine in Ottawa. He is buried in Beechwood Cemetery, Ottawa.

    The fonds was given by Basken’s daughter, Mrs. J.J. Harold. Old accession number 10.
