Two files, the financial secretary's ledger from January 1939-November 1948 and the financial secretary's ledger from November 1948-February 1953, are part of the accrual donated by Rohinton Ghandi following the closure of the Scottish Centre of Montreal in Verdun in 2018.
Scope and content
Series consists chiefly of financial ledgers with details about insurance policyholders and payments. Contains records related to both adult and juvenile policies, ordered chronologically. Earliest ledger dates from 1939. Series also contains miscellaneous files including insurance premium payments receipts from 2006-2007, monthly reports from 2005 and 2006, and correspondence regarding insurance.
