The series consists of documents related to Dorothy Duncan’s personal life, including a copy of Dorothy Duncan’s birth certificate, clippings of obituaries from Duncan’s death, and two personal photo albums (1930-1940). The photo albums are a mix of family photos, personal travel photos, and commercial postcards and photos documenting Canada, the United States of America, and various European countries.

The fonds consists of records related to Robert Allen Cleghorn’s professional activities in psychiatry and includes 2 albums of photographs, lists of Cleghorn publications, 4 non-academic papers, a copy of Building on around the past: 50 years of psychiatry at McGill, and a carbon copy of Cleghorn's report to the Canadian Medical Association Journal on the Third World Congress of Psychiatry, 1961.

The Dorothy Nichol fonds contains artifacts and textural material regarding MSPE 1949, a certificate from McGill University's Women's Athletics Board to Dorothy Nichol and an Old McGill and program.

These papers concern two aspects of Sprenger's career: his school and college record, and his death and subsequent memorials. Sprenger's school records comprise reports from his school in England, 1918, and from Rothesay Collegiate School, Saint John, 1921-1926, together with a copy of the R.C.S. magazine recording his graduation, 1927, and a letter to his father, 1926. Two photographs of the Rothesay Football team, 1924, 1926, show Sprenger as captain. His McGill years are documented by matriculation, 1927, and graduation, 1931, certificates, convocation programmes, 1931 and 1934 and an official transcript of marks, 1933. His sports prowess is reflected by the programme of a Quebec Swimming Association competition organized by Sprenger in 1936 and by seven photographs of athletic and swimming teams in which Sprenger participated while at McGill. Various sports certificates, and Sprenger's amateur pilot's licence, 1939, also survive. His death in action is recorded by about eight letters of condolence to his parents from Air Force officers and chaplain, as well as his flying mates. They enclose Sprenger's 'Wings' and photographs of him and of his grave. Printed tributes to Sprenger from newspapers, and the house magazines of Canadian Industries, Ltd and of the Montreal Amateur Athletic Association are supplemented by other periodical articles on the R.C.A.F. and the Battle of Britain.

This file contains a photograph of Dean D.L. Mordell and Gerald V. Bull with "Martlet I" and two other rockets with a diagram of the Earth's atmosphere. The rockets were used in a project to launch atmospheric probes in Barbados using a refurbished military rocket launcher.

This file contains a photo of students of McGill University and Sir George Williams University picketing in front of the United States consulate offices in protest of the U.S.'s blockade of Cuba.

Eight projects are documented by 119 architectural drawings (1934-1964), among them designs for buildings for the Old Brewery Mission's summer camp at Lake Chapleau, PQ, alterations to St. Andrew's United Church in Westmount and alterations to Bethel United Church in Grand'Mère, QC. Eight photographs (1945-1964) show additions and alterations to the summer house of C. V. Howard at Lake Anne, QC, and alterations to the Bethel United Church. The fonds also contains professional papers dating between 1941 and 1964, including correspondence, clippings, pamphlets, receipts and invoices relating to seven projects are found in the archive. The projects include the design of buildings for the Old Brewery Mission's summer camp and alterations to Bethel United Church.

Booth's autobiographical notes, ca 1949, apparently prepared for a Congregational Yearbook, are supplemented by sixteen photographs, printed notices of Booth's performances as an elocutionist, and diplomas.
