The surgeon of the 5th Battalion of the Eastern township Militia in Canada writes concerning Dr. Worthington's leaving the village due to poor health. Also asks that if he is ever in Baltimore to look up Widow Nichols whose maiden name was Patterson. Handwritten.

Certificate issued by the Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh to Edward D. Worthington stating that he had an Annual ticket for the hospital dated 1st Nov. 1841-1st Nov. 1842 and that he signed the Album for nine periods. It is signed by A. McDougall. Handwritten.

Medical tariff adopted by the District of St. Francis Medical Society which lists the prices to be charged for the different medical services (doctors visits, health certificates, surgery and midwifery). Two columns of prices are givens a greater and a lesser amount which is to be used for persons in limited circumstances. Some of the prices have been altered by hand. "Dr E. D. Worthington" is written in pencil across the top. Printed.

The director of Public Health Services refers to the letter written by Dr. Gellie to Dr. Skey and states he would like to publish it in their National Health Review. Typed.
