The minute books of annual meetings deal with social events, programmes, financial affairs, furnishing of various rooms in Strathcona Hall and various guest speakers. There is also a very brief minute book of the Executive, 1902-1914.

This student notebook on Roman and International Law, 1875-1876, may have belonged to J.E. Fay of Abercorn, Québec.

One daily order book, from 29 September 1915-3 December 1915, listing offices on duty and various orders. The orders are signed by Lt. Col. H.B. Yates and Lt. Col. John McCrae.

Included are administrative files with financial and circulation data, correspondence with readers, and subject files, mostly approximately 1950-1968. There is a scrapbook containing examples of printed circulars, brochures, calendars, envelopes, order forms, Christmas cards and special announcements. Also included are photographs taken in conjunction with the magazine articles.

Fonds consists of correspondence and various reports created and accumulated during his activities as a member of the Royal Commission on Bilingualism and Biculturalism (Commission royale d'enquête sur le bilinguisme et le biculturalisme).

The Lafleur fonds comprises of twelve certificates and diplomas (1876-1887) relating to his education and teaching positions, seven manuscript poems (1903-1909), and a letter announcing his appointment as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Logic, Rhetoric and English at McGill University (1886).

Judah's teaching activity is documented by his lectures for a bilingual summer course in general museum technique and a course on medical museum administration and techniques.

Ross compiled most of these papers as a Governor of McGill University and particularly with fund raising campaigns in 1911 and the Centennial Campaign of 1921. There is a scrapbook on the 1911 campaign and a volume containing plans for the 1920-1921 campaign. Included are addresses given to church groups, 1922-1940 and a general business letterbook, 1912-1916. There is also a file of correspondence relating to the search for a Principal in 1935.

Two original scores, "Martlet's Muse" and "Sept for Sept".

This volume is a circulating letter of the first graduating class in Agriculture; a class member would write his personal and career news addressed to the class in general and forward the book to the next person to do the same.
