Following the death of John Hall, his brother Benjamin Hall is appointed tutor of his children and Archibald Ferguson Jr. is appointed their subtutor. Signed by a number of witnesses, Justice L.C. Foucher, and notary public Reid, Lesvesque & Monk.

Includes an account of the amount due, and a response from Stephen Pettis accepting the terms, dated 19 January 1824.
