Exterior view photograph. United Nations Pavilion exterior. Flags of all 122 member nations found their place on the plaza of the United Nations Pavilion. A circular glazed exhibition building sat at the plaza's centre featuring the United Nations charter and showcasing the important work of the United Nations. Below the plaza was a 300 seat auditorium which played popular movies included the Academy Award winning film "To Be Alive". A restaurant operated by the Government of Pakistan overlooks the courtyard and boasts a diverse menu representing the many cultures associated with the United Nations. Rectangular plaza centred by a cylindrical volume. Reinforced concrete slab with concrete columns and ring beams with steel bar joists. Cladding of exposed sand blasted concrete.
