Copy of a document appointing Benjamin Hall as tutor of John Hall's minor children Charlotte & Harriet Ann. Following the death of John Hall, his brother Benjamin Hall is appointed tutor of his children and Archibald Ferguson Jr. is appointed their subtutor. Signed by a number of witnesses, Justice L.C. Foucher, and notary public Reid, Lesvesque & Monk.
