File consists chiefly of handwritten and typescript speaking notes and lectures for speeches on Quebec cuisine given to, among others, the Northern Bounty conference on Canadian Cuisine and an International Association of Culinary Professionals workshop. Talk titles include "A taste of Quebec" and "The Quebec sweet tooth." Also included are research materials (including clippings, articles, and speech transcripts) for talks and some correspondence.

File represent Armstrong's July 2009 trip to the region of Côte-du-Sud (Lower Saint-Lawrence) and includes tourist pamphlets, brochures about the area, with business cards, as well as correspondence and some menus from area restaurants. Also includes some recipes and menus with annotations and several hotel and restaurant receipts. File contains, in particular, an informational packet about the Auberge du Mange Grenouille. File also includes small, spiralbound flip notebook from The Gazette, with four leaves of Armstrong's handwritten notes containing contact information, notes in her itinerary, and food notes.

File also includes magazine clippings from the McGill Reporter, articles, printed notes, printed schedules of Culinary Landmarks conferences, and sample pages from Elizabeth Driver's bibliography of cookbooks published in Canada.
