MacLean's years at McGill University, including Old McGill yearbooks (1925, 1929), McGill knitted button-up sweater, a silverware set with the McGill crest, a small oval silver tray, a silver tureen with lid, 2 pennants and 8 photographs which include the Montreal General Hospital 1927-30, Faculty of Medicine 1926, Alpha Delta Chapter Fraternity, 1924-25 and the McGill Student's Executive Council, 1924-26.

Merifield and Helen Kydd and includes a scrapbook containing newspaper clippings mostly related to football at McGill (1935-1939); annotdated Kappa Alpha Theta Pledge Book (1936); 5 Old McGill yearbooks (1904, 1905, 1907, 1938, 1941); Women Graduates of McGill University, 1888-1939; McGill, a Portal to Greatness by J.W. Jeakins; My Old College by Stephen Leacock; 3 issues of McGill News (vol. 2 no. 4, 1921; vol. 25, no. 1, 1943; vol 31, no. 4, 1950); 2 reunion dinner programmes (1921, 1964); 1 Intercollegiate Football Champions dinner programme (1938); and 2 convocation programmes (1903, 1907).

The McGill Poster Collection documents posters and ephemera announcing campus activities, primarily in the 1970s with some 1980s and 1990s material present.

Fonds contains copies of two essays, “My Life as a Student and Teacher at McGill: 1934-1974 (1974)”, and “Innovation and Personal Strategies: A Study of Work in a New Outpatient Clinic”, co-authored with Anita Heller (1976).

Fonds consists of a scrapbook largely devoted to McGill affairs. It contains correspondence addressed both to Fleet and to other members of the McGill community such as B.J. Harrington, C.H. McLeod and A.F. Gault, largely on administrative and ceremonial business of the university. There are a few communications from J.W. Dawson, including Dawson's draft for the Peter Redpath memorial tablet. Also included are newsclippings on McGill events including numerous invitations, announcements,
addresses, programs and memorabilia from convocations, university dinners, athletic meets and musical performances.
