He asks Cushing about Arthur P. Connolly, a recent Harvard Dental Graduate from Brookline, Massachusetts. He would like Cushing to contact Connolly's references, Charles P. Cameron and Walter R. Carroll, to learn more about him.

Clulow informs Cushing that they are now selling the third impression of his book, "Life of Sir William Osler." They have already ordered 10 thousand copies, and the demand is still strong. He encloses an extract from an article by William Lyon Phelps [see CUS417/57.58]. In his new book "The Doctor Looks at Literature," Dr. Joseph Collins devotes considerable space to Cushing's book.
