Last will and testament of Charlotte Morrison Hall. Witnessed by Isaac Jones, merchant, and William Reeves, gentleman, both of Montreal, and notarized by N.B Doucet. The will includes Morrison's wishes for burial and leaves all of her property to her husband John Hall.

The contract includes details of their chosen matrimonial regime (no community of property) and the sum of money to be inherited by the surviving spouse should one of them die first. Signed by John Hall, Charlotte Morrison, Jacob Hall, and James Morrison. Originally notarized by Jonathan Abraham Gray and Thomas Barron, with the certified copy made by Reid, Levesque & Monk on 24 January 1818.
