The file contains correspondence between Harold Spence-Sales and Michael Findlay. Findlay, primarily asked Spence-Sales, for details about his career. Spence-Sales sent Findlay his resume and answered his questions about getting started in Architecture.

Subseries G consists of records dealing with end of life matters, including wills and financial bequests (Box C-97-58), and records related to Harold Spence-Sales death; obituaries, tributes, memorial and funeral service information, DVDs, death certificate, cremation certificate, last will and testament, and correspondence between Mary Filer-Spence-Sales and friends and family regarding Harold’s death (Boxes C-97-60 and C-97-61). Box C-97-62C contains notebooks related to Harold Spence-Sales's care towards the end of his life .

Subseries G also includes eleven notebooks and two folders. The notebooks and folders date between 1999 and 2004; they were written by Harold Spence-Sales nurses and care takers. The notebooks document Harold Spence-Sales health, dietary and medical issues (Boxes C-97-60 and C-97-61).

The file contains two copies of a proposal sent to Harold-Spence-Sales and Mary Filer from UD+D LTD regarding the designs for their rooftop gallery at the 1107 West 7th Avenue Property.

The file contains a copy of Humphrey Carvers Memorial booklet. The booklet was compiled after Carvers death. The booklet contains the funeral-memorials schedule hymns and prayers that were said as well as transcripts of speeches, obituaries and a letter written about funerals by Carver himself and he he envisioned his own. The file also includes some news paper obituary cutouts about Carver and a letter from carvers son Peter telling him about the booklet and how and others thought that Harold Spence-Sales might like a copy. The file also contains an envelope which appears to be have a hand written letter of correspondence from members of Carvers family to Harold Spence-Sales about Humphreys passing.

The file contains information about property 1107 W. 7th Avenue. The file includes a permit to remodel/add to the property. Harold Spence-Sales and his wife Mary Filer owned the property. 1107 W. 7th Avenue became the couples home and art studios.

The file contains two maps. The topic of the maps are the Pacific Ocean and Canada.

The file includes a welcome package from Lambda Alpha International, a directory of Lambda Alpha International, a membership certificate with Harold Spence-Sales name on it and a specific directory for Vancouver chapter members.

The file contains information about the 1107 W. 7th Avenue property. Harold Spence-Sales and his wife Mary Filer wanted to make some renovations to 1107 W. 7th. The File includes a security instillation certificate and an over-sized blueprint-schematic of the property.

The file contains several background pamphlets regarding an exhibition called "Transmitted Light" an exhibit that Mary Filer and Harold Spence-Sales worked on as a team. The pamphlet was written by Dr. Edward Gibson , director of Simon Fraser Gallery.

The file contains two envelopes. One envelope contains letters of correspondence from friends and colleagues of Harold Spence-Sales and Mary Filer wishing Harold luck and success. Several of the letters also contain apologies for not being able to attend opening of the exhibit or confirming that they will make an appearance. The second envelope contains newspapers advertising the Touchlines exhibition.
