The document states that Ginda Rosenblatt, head of the ambulatorium (clinic) and admissions, proved to have good knowledge of clinical medicine and therapeutics. The writer thanks her for her intelligent attitude and sensitivity in the work, and for her understanding of the problems of the ill soldiers. “Thus, comrade Rosenblatt presented herself in the finest aspects. [back of page] I recommend her as a doctor and as a comrade.” Signed by the Senior Physician of the 266th Regiment, Zamenhof. “D” Army.

Also included are the boards (front and back covers) from Dr. Rosenblatt's daybook, which have, on the inside cover, a list of ailments and the drugs used to treat them.
