Mentions that he has asked the Foreign Office if they would like to have a special interview with him in Schweiz. Sad about his sufferings. Will give his message to Allbutt, Mackenzie and Lewis. Thanks for his papers. Mention Revere's death.- Comments of Wenckebach about this letter. States that it is an historical letter, as it started the relief action for Vienna in England.
